Майндфулнесс-подход: научно-исследовательские статьи

За последние десять лет значительно выросло количество научных публикаций о навыках осознанности. Статей, опубликованных в признанных научных журналах в 2001 г., было только 30. В течение 2007 г. было опубликовано 170 статьей, 2010 г. – уже 350, 2013 г. – 420, а в 2014 году их число почти достигло 600.
